Brands you'll live with.
Sites your team can edit.
Apps you can actually click.

We design, brand, build, print, and ship — all from one set of hands. Pick a starting point.

Logo, system, voice, brand guide. Two to four weeks, end to end. You'll leave with files your team owns forever — and a guide so the next designer doesn't redo the work.

A church moves off Drupal 7 — finally.

River City Church · Next.js + Sanity · 2026
Welcome to River City Church — congregants greeting each other on a Sunday morning.Website · Migration · 2026

Ten years of sermons, ministries, and event content stuck in an end-of-life CMS the staff couldn't edit. An idempotent migration moved every page into Sanity intact.

Brand continuity over rebrand. Planning Center for events, not a custom build. The staff now spends Monday on the sermon, not on the CMS.

Website · Next.js + Sanity

The Mid-South's wholesale auction, finally on a site that matches the floor.

Two-audience IA, EDGE handoff, brand-token system the UAX team owns.

Five weeks of planning before a line of production code. A 51-page locked plan, no scope creep. The team owns the Sanity studio now and edits without us.

App · PWA + Etsy product

A perimenopause symptom tracker, sold as a one-time Etsy product.

Installable PWA + printable companion + a 30-day post-launch SEO plan. No account, no subscription, no data leaves the phone.

The product, the brand, the Etsy listing, the gallery images, the Pinterest pack, and the launch checklist — all out of the same studio in the same drop. Listed live May 10, 2026 at Daily Habit Kit on Etsy.

App · Static + Apps Script

A hospitality-day game, shipped in a sitting.

Static HTML, a Google Sheet for a backend, and ten cars on the auction floor. That's the whole stack.

UAX wanted buyers and sellers engaged with the vehicles before the gavel dropped. We shipped a mobile-first auction-guessing app with zero ongoing server cost, set up by a UAX staffer on a laptop the day of the sale.

We don't hand off between specialists. The brand, the site, and the app come out of the same studio — in the same week, if they need to.

What we do

Three things. Done well.

01

Identities that look like the business behind them.

Logo, system, voice, brand guide. Twenty years of doing this well — across auctions, churches, products, and BBQ teams.

02

Websites your team can edit without a developer.

Next.js + Sanity + Vercel. Fast, indexable, modern stack. Not another Squarespace skin you'll outgrow in two years.

See website work
03

The custom software most agencies won't ship.

Dashboards, automations, microsites, internal tools. The thing that makes a client say “you do that too?”

Send a note about what's on your bench — brand, site, app, design work, printing, automation, whatever — and we'll figure out together whether Brand Forge is the right shop.

If we're not, I'll usually know who is. There are good shops out there for everything; this is one of them, but it isn't the only one.
